Our behavioral health providers work side-by-side with the medical, pharmacy and dental teams to provide an integrated model of care with brief interventions for a variety of health concerns.

Primary Care Behavioral Health

Visits are brief (20-30 minutes) and short-term (1-6 visits). These visits take place in your exam room. Our services are not free but we can bill most insurances. We offer a sliding fee discount based on your household size and income for those who do not have insurance.

Telepsychiatry

Family Health Care is excited to offer psychiatry services with providers who specialize in medicine for depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder and other behavioral health concerns. Our psychiatry providers are available through a private computer connection in our exam rooms where you can hear/see them and they can hear/see you in real time. These services are available for our patients who are 6 years of age and older.

You can meet with our social services team for free at your visit or are welcome to give them a call during our normal business hours.

Our social services team can help with concerns about many social determinants of health including:

• Finding affordable health insurance
• Qualifying for our sliding fee discount
• Learning about community resources for:
  • housing
  • transportation
  • having enough food
  • utilities
  • finding a job

Family Health Care provides high quality health care services to you and your family.

Our team of healthcare professionals now includes a Clinical Pharmacist who can help you with your medications.

Clinical pharmacy visits can be on the same day you meet with your medical provider or on a different day. Our clinical pharmacist can go over a single medication-related problem, or have a one-on-one visit to carefully go over each medication you are taking.
